Shield
Yellow is the color of Armor organizations. The morning star, a weapon used by mounted and heavily armored knights in the medieval age, is symbolic of armor and its crushing assault power. The three green bendlets represent the three battle honors awarded the organization in the Pacific area during World War II.

The crest is that of the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
The coat of arms was originally approved for the 132d Heavy Tank Battalion on 8 September 1952. It was redesignated for the 132d Tank Battalion on 28 September 1956. The insignia was redesignated for the 632d Armor Regiment on 9 December 1963.
