Description/Blazon
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 5/64 inches (2.74 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Or, three bendlets Vert, a mace (morning star) Sable, the head in sinister chief and the handle bendwise in dexter base jointed together by a curved chain.  Attached above from a wreath Or and Vert a badge couchant Proper.  Attached below and to the sides of the shield is a Black scroll turned Gold inscribed "AGE AUT PERFICE" in Gold letters.

Symbolism
Yellow is the color of Armor organizations.  The morning star, a weapon used by mounted and heavily armored knights in the medieval age, is symbolic of armor and its crushing assault power.  The three green bendlets represent the three battle honors awarded the organization in the Pacific area during World War II.  Wisconsin is known as the Badge State and the badger appears on the State seal and flag.  The motto translates to "Act or Achieve."

Background
The distinctive unit insignia was originally approved for the 132d Heavy Tank Battalion on 8 September 1952.  It was amended by addition of the Wisconsin National Guard crest on 18 November 1952.  It was redesignated for the 132d Tank Battalion on 28 September 1956.  The insignia was redesignated for the 632d Armor Regiment on 9 December 1963.
